Because I have noticed my body getting weaker and there is not a single time whenever I get a chance to sit down in public transport or car, will I stay awake. NOT a single time. Will doze off given any possible chance.
Imagine how hard it is to keep myself awake doing all that boring jobscope.
When hearing/seeing people yawning (even MSN emoticons of Zzz and yawning), hearing or just by thinking of that word ‘sleep’, and I will have a sudden urge to sleep.
And once it got so serious, I had to go to the empty conference room at 3rd level to SLEEP.. but only slept for ten mins or so, cannot sleep in peace =X
YES, it is THAT exaggerating.
And, I finally accepted that I am very much sleep-deprived.
THEREFORE, I have set myself a goal last week – To be asleep by 12 am everyday!
It might be pretty simple for some.
BUT WHAT AM I DOING NOW – AT THIS TIME??!
SHIT, I managed to keep to my goal for like, 2 days?
Someone, please coax me, remind me, or force me to go to bed.
